The Positive Psychology is a Discipline of Psychology Officially Founded in 1998 at the Annual Convention of the American Psychological Association (American Psychological Association) by its then President Martin Seligman (His Speech Published in 1999 in the Journal of the APA, The American Psychologist.

Positive Psychology is Primarily Concerned with Health and Well-Being , What Makes Humans Resilient , Happy , Optimistic , Rather Than the Sources of Psychopathologies . The Hypothesis of Positive Psychology is that by Studying Why and How Certain Animals and Certain People Cope Better Than Others With The Difficulties of Life, It Will Be Possible to Find Ways to Develop These Qualities in Everyone. Its Objective is to Promote Flourishing and Self-Fulfillment (In English, Fulfillment), at The Individual, Group and Social Level. Positive psychology “Studies What Gives Meaning to Life”, According to Its Founder, Martin EP Seligman. It is The Study of Strengths, Optimal Functioning and Determinants of Well-Being.
