EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
As part of an individual coaching with Name of the client, it was established, by mutual agreement, that the objectives to which the contract relates are:
- Implementation of tools in view of the achievement of objectives ,
- Optimization of time management within the company ,
- Search for well-being and personal development.
The terms of the contract are as follows:
1-Life Coaching over a period of 1 session, 6 sessions and 12 sessions
2-Duration of each session: 1h - 1h30
3-Cost of each session: According to plans & prices
4-Frequency: 1 weekly session
5-Possibility of follow-up over a period of 7 months from the first session
6-Meeting place: to be defined

7-Deontology: Confidentiality of exchanges

It is understood that this contract engages in an obligation of means and not of results. The coachee undertakes to do everything in his power to achieve his goals.
The overall duration of the support of 10 months is necessary so that the coachee can achieve his short-term goals. Any request for reduced support must be justified in writing for the attention of the coach.
In the event of breach of contract, 50% of the remaining sessions will be due .

WORK AGREEMENT

It is agreed by this coaching agreement.
1 / Purpose of this agreement :
By this agreement, provision is made for the organization of individual support.
2 / Practical arrangements :
• Weekly working sessions of 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes per interview .
• All other forms of assistance required for the completion of the support.
• It is understood that the parties to the agreement give themselves the possibility of modifying these terms and conditions from time to time by mutual agreement.
3 / Duration of the agreement :

• At any time, the client may terminate this agreement provided that he informs the coach.
4 / Cost : the one hour session as part of the relationship defined above. The first 3 sessions are to be paid in advance in agreement with the client.
5 / Duties of the coach towards his client :
• The coach allows himself in conscience to exercise this function based on his training and experience.
• The coach is bound by professional secrecy.
• Aware of his position, the coach refrains from exercising any abuse of influence.
• The coach takes all appropriate means to allow, within the framework of the client's request, the professional and personal development of his client, including the recourse, if necessary, to a colleague.
• The coach is attentive to the profession, uses, culture, context and constraints of the organization he supports.
• Coaching is exercised in the synthesis of the interests of the client and his organization.
• The coach adapts his intervention while respecting the development stages of his client.
6 / Duties of the client towards the coach:
• Coaching being a process of professional and personal development, the client is in fact responsible for the decisions taken.
• The client is committed to being punctual in the appointments made with the coach. It being understood that any delay of more than 15 minutes cancels the session which will be considered as definitively lost and will be due.
• In case of cancellation of an appointment, the client informs the coach of this cancellation at least 48 hours in advance , and except in cases of force majeure, the session will be due.
